About the Role
NYGCI is looking for an experienced L3 Application Support Engineer to join our client's team in Alabang. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in application support, deployment, troubleshooting, and production environment management.
What You'll Do- Provide L3 support for enterprise applications
- Deploy applications across multiple environments
- Investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities
- Execute deployment and release management tasks
- Monitor application performance and ensure system stability
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex technical issues
- 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Deployment Engineering, or Software Maintenance
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft IIS
- Experience with MS SQL Server and writing SQL queries
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting
- Experience using Azure DevOps and Microsoft TFS
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience in deployment and release management
- Linux Administration
- AWS or Microsoft Azure
