Role: Sales AssistantWork Arrangement: Work From Home
Schedule: Morning shift
Duties:
- Prepare documents and forms through MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Pro including:
- Agreements for Fees & Services
- Form 956
- Declarations
- Deposit Requests
- Drafting of Welcome emails to be approved by Case Manager.
- Manage all email communications from welcome to lodgement (obtaining all documents and advising where replacement/gaps need to be filled in order for an application to be decision ready.
- Scheduling client meetings (teams, phone calls) through Outlook when availability has been confirmed by team.
- Review and collate documents received from clients for the manager to approve.
- Update case details (including file status) and file notes in our client management system.
- Drafting of visa applications in ImmiAccount as per instructions.
- Editing drafted visa applications in ImmiAccount as per instructions.
- Drafting of relevant visa applications forms (e.g. Form 80)
- Submit various applications for:
- Skills Assessments
- Bridging Visa Bs
- Visa applications – including uploading of documents
- Schedule Client Health Assessments
- Participate in ‘Weekly Client Status Report’ meetings
- Assist in continuous improvement of administrative systems, procedures, and policies.
Qualification and requirements:
- Previous knowledge/experience and application of Australian Migration system
- Proactive and well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Personable manner with a developed sense of cultural awareness
- Ability to manage complex workflow across multiple cases in deadline driven environment
- Ability to work autonomously while also working closely with legal and/or operations
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe PDF, Teamwork and Migration Manager (or similar)
- Navigation of government websites and online forms
- Work autonomously under the direction of the Case Manager
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Previous knowledge/experience and application of Australian Migration system
