• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience in a commercial, public practice, or shared services environment
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Xero required
• Proven accounting experience supporting international markets such as Australia, US, or UK
• Exposure to foreign clients, offshore accounting support, or multinational business environments is an advantage
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, month-end close, and general ledger processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and reliability
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions
• Collaborative and confident when working with internal and external stakeholders

• Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple entities
• Review and process invoices, employee claims, and weekly supplier payments through Xero and banking portals
• Manage payroll, leave records, and intercompany transactions
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable while preparing weekly Excel reports
• Maintain accurate vendor records and supplier database updates
• Prepare balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations
• Submit compliance documents including tax and retirement contribution requirements
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support senior finance leaders during month-end and year-end close
• Handle ad hoc finance tasks and uphold payroll best practices
