About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Supervisor to join our team at Power Mac Center's SM Angono store. This is a full-time position based in Angono Rizal, providing you with the opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day operations and success of our leading consumer electronics retail store.

• Overseeing all store operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of staff, inventory, and customer service
• Providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Monitoring and analysing store performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive sales growth
• Coordinating and supervising store merchandising, product displays, and inventory management
• Leading and motivating the store team, providing training and support as needed
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology industry
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with retail management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• A passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends
