About the role
Grandspan Development Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Binangonan Rizal. As a full-time Plant Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical maintenance and operations of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.This is a crucial role that plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations.
What you'll be doing- Supervising and coordinating the work of the electrical maintenance team to ensure all electrical systems and equipment are functioning properly
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to identify and address potential issues before they arise
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical problems in a timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement improvements to electrical systems and processes
- Mentoring and training junior members of the electrical maintenance team
- Maintaining detailed records of all electrical maintenance activities and producing reports as required
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Plant Electrical Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the manufacturing industry
- Experience in Plant Maintenance (heavy and light machines and equipments)
- Thorough understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and best maintenance practices
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve electrical issues
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to effectively manage and develop the electrical maintenance team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in electrical safety regulations and codes
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
