About the Role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist who will play a key role in managing end-to-end (E2E) supply chain operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving efficiency across logistics, planning, and procurement processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of operations, timely equipment delivery, and high-quality service to customers.

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, logistics, and purchase order (PO) management
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time and accurate delivery
• Track and monitor supply chain performance, identifying risks and implementing solutions
• Support project timelines by aligning supply chain activities with business requirements
• Analyze data to improve efficiency and support decision-making
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or any related field
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage external partners
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Quick to adapt to new tools and systems
