Area Sales Personnel

Job Summary

The Area Sales Personnel is responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and expanding market coverage within the assigned territory. This role ensures achievement of sales targets through effective account management, field selling, market analysis, and excellent customer service while maintaining company standards and business objectives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of sales experience in field sales, FMCG, retail, or related industry (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
• Willing to do extensive fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license (preferred, if field mobility is required).
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to be assigned and conduct fieldwork within the Camarines Norte.
