Job Summary

The Head, Supply Chain & Logistics Management is responsible for leading and overseeing the company's end-to-end supply chain function, including vendor management, procurement, contracts management, inventory and warehouse operations, facilities and security, and fleet management.

The role ensures that sourcing, contracting, logistics, and support services are managed efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with business, financial, and operational requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall planning, direction, and execution of the Supply Chain & Logistics Management function.
  • Develop and implement policies, systems, controls, and process standards across vendor management, procurement, contracts, logistics, warehouse, fleet, and facilities management.
  • Ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing of materials, services, and operational requirements.
  • Oversee vendor accreditation, vendor performance management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Direct contract review, monitoring, safekeeping, amendment tracking, and compliance coordination with legal and business units.
  • Oversee inventory planning, warehousing, logistics movement, and materials control to support business continuity.
  • Ensure effective management of facilities, physical security, office maintenance, and fleet administration.
  • Monitor operational metrics, service levels, cost performance, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Partner with business units, finance, legal, technical teams, and other stakeholders to align supply chain support with company priorities.
  • Lead, coach, and manage team heads and staff under the function.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • Master's degree is an advantage.
  • At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, contracts, or related operational functions.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing multiple teams or sub-functions.
  • Experience in telecom, infrastructure, engineering, utilities, or asset-heavy industries is preferred.
