Inventory Controller (Manufacturing, FMCG)

What You’ll Do:

• Own inventory accuracy by ensuring alignment between system records and physical stock across all materials.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and preventing recurrence.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all inventory transactions, including issuances, returns, and conversions.
• Lead and support cycle counts and month-end inventory activities, including reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Monitor inventory performance metrics and prepare reports to support operational and business decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen inventory control and efficiency.
• Support other inventory and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• At least 2 years of experience in inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reconciliation and data validation.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
