SALES AGENT (Food Sales Associate)

Role Summary

This is a growth-focused role designed for someone eager to build accounts and scale production volume.

• Prospect and secure new toll manufacturing accounts.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and plant tours.
• Assist in costing proposals in coordination with the Commissary Manager.
• Align client requirements with production capacity and timelines.
• Coordinate product trials, sampling, and specification endorsements.
• Maintain weekly sales pipeline and client visit reports.
• Monitor repeat orders and assist in receivables follow-up.
• Provide monthly sales and volume performance reports.

• Japanese restaurant chains and ramen concepts
• Meat distributors and food importers
• Frozen food brands and private label buyers
• Supermarket and convenience store suppliers
• Hotels, caterers, and cloud kitchen operators

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in B2B food sales.
• Exposure to meat products or Japanese food concepts preferred.
• Basic understanding of costing, margins, and food production timelines.
• Willing to conduct field work and client visits.

Compensation Structure

• 2% commission on collected sales up to 3M monthly revenue.
• 2.5% commission on collected sales from 3M – 5M monthly revenue.
• 3% commission on collected sales above 5M monthly revenue.
• Commission is based on collected payments, not invoiced sales.
• Minimum gross margin threshold must be met for commission eligibility
