About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Power BI - Data Integration | DATA ANALYST. Based in our Quezon City office, this full-time role will involve leveraging your expertise in data analysis and Power BI to drive key business outcomes for our clients.
What you'll be doing- Designing, developing, and maintaining robust Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights from complex data sets
- Performing in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions
- Developing and optimizing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure high-quality, reliable data
- Providing technical guidance and training to stakeholders on the effective use of Power BI and data analytics
- Continuously exploring new data sources, tools, and techniques to enhance the company's data capabilities
- The skills required would be mainly around Power BI and ADF in order to serve the following overall purposes:
- Power BI
- Understand OPDG usage in terms of Power BI connectivity to different sources
- Support users with OPDG data sources mapping for Power BI semantic models/dataflows
- Incidents for semantic models/dataflows refresh failures due to OPDG
- Creation/Management of semantic models/dataflows
- Create monitoring reports and define alerts for services failures (suggest optimization steps)
- Request upgrades to a stable and most recent version released
- ADF
- Understand SHIR usage in terms of ADF/Synapse connectivity to different sources
- Incidents for pipelines refresh failures due to SHIR
