THE JOB: The position shall lead the Visayas Region sales team in the achievement of motorcycle sales target through territorial development of dealer accounts (exclusive and multi-brand dealers) in the region. Shall formulate and implement sales strategies and programs to sustain business growth within the area of coverage.

- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in any business course.
- Has at least ten (10) years solid exposure in sales management, preferably in motorcycle, automotive or consumer durables industry.
- With effective leadership skills and proven track record in productively directing a sales team towards target achievement.
- Possesses strong PR and communication skills and capable of training and coaching subordinates.
- Results-oriented, highly analytical and with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
