THE JOB: The position shall lead the Visayas Region sales team in the achievement of motorcycle sales target through territorial development of dealer accounts (exclusive and multi-brand dealers) in the region. Shall formulate and implement sales strategies and programs to sustain business growth within the area of coverage.

Generates sales opportunities through strategic partnership with product dealers to establish competitive edge and increased business profitability.

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in any business course.
  • Has at least ten (10) years solid exposure in sales management, preferably in motorcycle, automotive or consumer durables industry.
  • With effective leadership skills and proven track record in productively directing a sales team towards target achievement.
  • Possesses strong PR and communication skills and capable of training and coaching subordinates.
  • Results-oriented, highly analytical and with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
