Store manager

Job Description

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates, driving performance and fostering a positive, customer-focused work environment
• Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention
• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and financial objectives
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized to create an inviting shopping experience
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or complaints
• Collaborate with the regional management team to implement company policies and initiatives

• What we're looking for
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the hardware or home improvement industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting to track and optimize store performance
• Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive shopping experience
• Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the regional management team
