Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and related accounting disciplines.
- Develop and update course materials aligned with current accounting standards, regulatory updates, and industry practices.
- Conduct research and scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals and academic conferences.
- Supervise student theses, capstone projects, and applied research initiatives.
- Participate in curriculum development, accreditation preparation, and program assessment.
- Engage in industry linkages, professional accounting organizations, and community outreach programs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of academic programs, research output, and institutional accounting excellence.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
- Certified Public Accountant (preferred)
- Proven research track record with publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals or academic conferences
- Demonstrated expertise in Financial Accounting and Reporting, Managerial Accounting and Cost Analysis, Auditing and Assurance, Taxation and Compliance, and Accounting Information Systems
- Strong commitment to teaching excellence and student mentorship
- Available to start in the upcoming Academic Year 2026–2027
