About the Role
We are looking for accounting professionals to support our finance operations. The role involves performing core accounting activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards, and contributing to accurate financial reporting.The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficiency and integrity within the accounting function.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in audits and provide accurate financial documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
- 1–3 years of professional accounting experience, ideally in shared services, BPO, or multinational corporations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
