Accounting Officer/ Bookkeeper

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
2. At least 1-2 years of work experience as an Accounting Officer / Bookkeeper.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
5. Proficiency in accounting software and related financial systems.
6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
8. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
2. Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
3. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
4. Generate financial reports and summaries regularly for management review.
5. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
6. Manage payroll functions, including the computation of employee salaries, benefits, and taxes.
7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, applicable regulations, and company policies.
8. Collaborate with the accounting team, management, and external stakeholders to provide necessary financial information and support.
