A 168-room Hotel, opening in early 2014, the property is located along Kaoshiung Street, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City. It is set for the public's easy access, located southeast of SM City Cebu and the 5-star Radisson Blu. Kaoshiung Street serves as the main transport route to the mall and to other facilities; like the St.Joseph Shrine of Mabolo, the Cebu International & Domestic Port, and Mandaue City.
Apart from being in a walking distance to the mall, it only takes 5 minutes by transport to the commercial ports of Cebu. Its is only 8 minutes away from the Cebu International Convention Center and the Park Mall, 18 minutes to Cebu Business Park and Asiatown I.T. Park, and 20 minutes to the Mactan Cebu International Airport.

Qualifications are:
- With culinary background and is up to date with new culinary trends.
- 2 years of experience in Restaurant or in Hotel Setup.
- With knowledge of food principles and practices.
- With knowledge of ordering and inventory.
- With good communication skills.
- Can meet deadlines.
- Can adopt to various work shift or schedule.
- Can implement kitchen and company policy.
