We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand Marketing Manager to define, build, and elevate strong brand identities across multiple Real Estate projects. This role focuses on shaping brand direction, leading integrated campaigns, and ensuring consistent execution across all marketing touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning - Define brand identity, target market, and value proposition. Develop clear and differentiated brand storytelling across developments.
Campaign Development & Execution - Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns including launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives aligned with business and sales objectives.
Creative Direction - Guide messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all marketing materials. Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure consistent and high-impact execution.
Market & Consumer Insights - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to refine brand positioning and messaging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Brand Governance - Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all platforms including digital, onsite, events, collaterals, and traditional media.
Performance Tracking & Optimization - Monitor campaign performance in terms of awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Use insights to optimize and improve future campaigns.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, preferably with strong academic credentials.
- 5–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or integrated campaign leadership; Real estate experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking with proven ability to build and execute brand campaigns.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market and campaign data.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/platforms.
- Willing to work onsite as required.
