As we continue to grow in the Philippines, we are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Assistant Brand Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of brand-building initiatives that enhance customer engagement and strengthen our market presence.
Position Summary
The Assistant Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, brand activations, partnerships, and digital initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, creativity, and analytical skills to help drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management- Assist in developing and implementing brand marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Monitor brand performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and in-store channels.
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create engaging content.
- Monitor social media performance and community engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Conduct competitor analysis and consumer research.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, customer insights, and marketing ROI.
- Use data-driven recommendations to optimize future marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Experience in luxury, hospitality, retail, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing analytics tools.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Experience coordinating events and brand activations.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
