Quality Assurance Supervisor

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 4 to 5 year experience in related field
- Amenable to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan
- Ensures the proper calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Assures the availability of equipment at all times.
- Seeks ways to reduce downtime during testing.
- Assesses any issues which may occur with the equipment.
- Ensures the execution of quality standards procedures. Deduces accordingly if there are any areas for improvement.
- Determines if the product meets the quality through different tests.
- Ensures the supervision of staff belonging to the department.
- Delegates a weekly work schedule and checks the completion of the Daily Tasks of the subordinates.
- Ensures the preparation, checking, consolidation and submission of work related reports such as Water Content Analysis, Daily QA Report, Physical Deformation Sheet, Calibration Certificate/IMTE Calibration Plan, Testing Machine Daily Maintenance Activity, Testing Machine Periodic Maintenance and Product Release Authorization Report.
- Improves any procedure as necessary.
- Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.
