Corporate Engineering and Maintenance Head

The Assistant Manager – Engineering and Maintenance is responsible for leading and managing the engineering and maintenance team in daily operations. This role oversees preventive and emergency maintenance activities, ensuring all machines and equipment are properly serviced and maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team in daily operations
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Ensure timely response to emergency maintenance issues
• Coordinate with various departments to execute maintenance activities efficiently
• Manage maintenance resources, tools, and budget effectively
• Handle administrative tasks such as work order management and maintenance record-keeping
• Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained to operational and safety standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance function

• Registered Mechanical Engineer
• 7–10 years of related maintenance experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Ability to deduce and draw meaningful insights from data
• Strong ability to work under pressure
• Excellent coordination and collaboration skills
• Project management expertise
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Belter
