PHRN QA Analyst – US Healthcare Account
Location: Ortigas, Pasig (Onsite)Schedule: Night Shift

Salary: Up to PHP 50,000 package (depending on experience)

Qualifications- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license
- At least 2 years+ of QA/Auditing experience in a BPO healthcare account
- Strong background in US Healthcare operations
- IMPORTANT: candidates must have advanced Excel skills and dashboard creation
- Experience in call auditing, compliance monitoring, and adherence to QA guidelines
- Exposure to coaching, feedback delivery, and people management support
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas and on a night shift schedule
- Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with client and healthcare standards
- Monitor call quality and adherence to established guidelines
- Identify performance gaps and provide actionable feedback to operations teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the healthcare account
