QA Analyst | Automations & Integrations

We’re hiring a QA Analyst who takes pride in finding issues before users do.

This role focuses on testing modern web applications, operational systems, and business automations across multiple platforms and integrations. You’ll work closely with developers, project managers, and operations teams to ensure releases are stable, reliable, and production-ready.

• Perform end-to-end manual testing for web applications, dashboards, and automation workflows.
• Test frontend functionality, backend processes, and third-party integrations.
• Validate workflows involving APIs, emails, notifications, payments, and automation triggers.
• Identify bugs, inconsistencies, usability issues, and edge cases before release.
• Create detailed bug reports with clear reproduction steps and expected behavior.
• Participate in QA/UAT processes and collaborate closely with developers during fixes.
• Help improve testing processes, QA documentation, and release quality standards.
• Verify fixes and regression test updates before deployment.

• Experience with manual QA testing for web or SaaS applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases.
• Familiarity with automation workflows and third-party integrations.
• Ability to write organized and actionable bug reports.
• Good understanding of frontend/backend application flows.
• Comfortable testing across desktop and mobile environments.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with developers and project managers.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman is a strong plus.
• Familiarity or interest in AI-powered systems and workflows is highly desirable.
