1. Sales Development

• account growth
• open & develop new accounts
• maximize development potential
• Comparative analysis against previous year's performance

1. Achieve given/assigned quota
2. Properly service the accounts by:

• booking & processing of orders
• follow up deliveries
• bad order retrieval
• collection of accounts
• recommend account credit limits and needed trade supports

1. Regularly visit/courtesy call accounts to:
2. identify specific problems of each customer
3. provide specific plans of action to improve sales
4. establish good rapport with outlets' personnel
5. conduct business review
6. Coordinate and closely monitor activities of merchandisers assigned to their respective outlets and make necessary recommendation
7. Review & evaluate regularly sales performances of assigned accounts and submit relative reports
8. Ensure stocks availability in all outlets under his/her area responsibility
9. Submit completely all required reports on time
10. Reconcile open balances such as collection of BIR certificate for EWT purposes, short payment of outlets bad orders documentation, trade support given, etc.
11. Initiate evaluation of trade support requested by accounts/outlets managed

1. Graduate of any 4-year course
2. With 2-3 years experienced employees specializing in Sales-Retail/General or equivalent.
3. With background on fast moving consumer goods distribution. Possess the ability to be keen on details, patience and with good working attitude.
4. Full-Time position(s) available.
