Job Responsibilities:

Register guests then process their assigned rooms and verify guest details
Accommodate guest requests and communicate with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
Up selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
Responsible with money, credit cards, payments, POS system and balances report
Reports daily sales to Administrative Office
Responsible for cleaning and assisting guests for amenities
Assigns rooms for the next day check-in and other booking
Books shuttle service for guests
