Key Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of CSR experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Typing speed of 45-50 WPM (average)
- Familiarity with e-Commerce and Retailing is a plus
- Ability to multi-task effectively, including:
- Responding to email inquiries
- Handling inbound calls
- Making outbound calls for callbacks
- Fast learner with strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly adapt
- A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office tools
- A positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work on the graveyard shift, weekends, and holidays
- Well-organized, responsible, and initiative-driven
- Strong work ethic and a passion to succeed
- Must be willing to start immediately
