Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor Store Assistants and Store Promoters across assigned branches.
- Conduct regular store visits to check attendance, performance, grooming, and merchandising execution.
- Facilitate product knowledge and sales trainings.
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for new and replacement headcount requests.
- Consolidate attendance, sales, and other required operational reports.
- Coordinate employee concerns and operational issues with HR and management.
