Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant

We need a genuine self-starter who is curious, solutions-focused, and energized by the freedom to figure things out independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and comparable platforms daily to generate content, develop prompts, and build operational workflows
• Build landing pages and simple websites using AI-powered and no-code development tools
• Produce written content including copy, messaging, articles, and marketing materials with strong structure and clear intent
• Conduct keyword research in support of SEO initiatives and paid advertising campaigns
• Set up and manage basic Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Carry out online research across a range of topics and deliver clear, organized, and actionable summaries
• Develop AI workflows and prompt systems to streamline and automate repetitive tasks
• Execute open-ended project requests independently with minimal guidance
• Test new tools, platforms, and approaches to solve problems creatively and continuously improve outputs

Mandatory Skills:

• Daily, hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable AI platforms
• Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality content, prompts, and operational workflows using AI tools
• Capable of independently building functional landing pages and simple websites
• Basic working knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads
• Familiarity with PPC campaign structures and keyword research methodologies
• Strong writing skills with a solid grasp of content structure, messaging clarity, and persuasive copy
• Fast, organized, and solutions-oriented approach to work and independent problem-solving
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a remote team

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with landing page builders such as Webflow, Framer, Wix, Carrd, or comparable platforms
• Familiarity with AI image and video generation tools such as Midjourney, Runway, or HeyGen
• Experience building automations and workflows in Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
• A working understanding of basic SEO principles and on-page optimization
• Background in digital marketing or content marketing
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without sacrificing quality or focus
