Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate recorded or live interactions against established quality metrics and compliance guidelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare protocols, data privacy laws (HIPAA), and client-specific procedures.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with customer service representatives to discuss performance, call trends, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in regular calibration sessions with Team Leaders and Operations Managers to maintain grading consistency.
- Track quality scores, identify recurring errors, and compile weekly/monthly quality performance reports.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in a BPO setting.
- Minimum of 6–12 months of direct experience handling a Healthcare account (Medical Billing, Claims, Provider Services, or Member Services).
- Solid understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations.
- Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Good coaching and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and standard BPO quality tools/CRM software.
