Job Summary
We are seeking experienced USRN Quality Analysts (QA) or USRN Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join our growing US Healthcare Operations team. The ideal candidate should possess strong healthcare operations knowledge with experience in quality auditing, coaching, performance improvement, and compliance within a US Healthcare BPO environment.
This role is ideal for experienced USRNs with a passion for driving quality, mentoring teams, and ensuring operational excellence.
Qualifications- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) License
- Active USRN License (New York License preferred)
- Must have either:
- At least 1 year of Quality Analyst (QA) experience in a US Healthcare BPO environment, with experience in:
- Quality auditing
- Adherence to call and documentation guidelines
- Performance monitoring
- Coaching and feedback
- Healthcare quality compliance
- At least 2 years of Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in a US Healthcare BPO environment, with experience in:
- Auditing transactions
- Coaching and mentoring associates
- Providing performance feedback
- Supporting quality improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare processes and operations
- Excellent communication, analytical, and coaching skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center
- Amenable to permanent night shift
- Available to start as soon as possible
- Conduct quality audits and evaluate operational performance
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, healthcare regulations, and internal quality standards
- Provide coaching, feedback, and action plans to improve employee performance
- Identify quality trends, process gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Participate in calibration sessions and quality reviews
- Partner with Operations, Training, and Leadership teams to drive performance excellence
- Support process improvement initiatives and quality compliance programs
- Maintain accurate audit documentation, reports, and performance scorecards
- PHP 90,000 Monthly Salary
