Graphic designer - Manila

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual designs that align with the company's branding and communication goals. This role involves developing graphics and layouts for a wide range of media including print, digital, packaging, and promotional materials.

• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements;
• Creating visual text, imagery concepts and layouts by hand or using design software,
• Testing graphics across various media;
• Communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers;
• Designs/Create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, logos, or imagery for print and digital uses including banner ads, social media posts, website graphics, etc.;
• Develops over-all layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, and corporate reports, etc. ;
• Decides how images and text work together in a specific layout
• Perform other duties as maybe assigned by the Superior.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles including color, typography, composition, and layout.
• Ability to develop creative concepts and turn them into effective visual communications.
• Experience designing for both print and digital media.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to take direction and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
