Graphic Designer & Visual Content Specialist | Remote | Full-Time

We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Graphic Designer & Visual Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll develop engaging graphics, branded materials, and digital content that power our marketing campaigns. You’ll also support website and email design, ensuring our brand shines consistently across all channels.

• Rate: Competitive (up to $X/hr depending on experience)
• Setup: 100% Remote
• Schedule: US Time Zone | Full-Time
• Position Summary

If you’re skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and eager to grow your expertise in platforms like HubSpot CMS and Constant Contact, this is your chance to shine.

• Key Responsibilities
• HubSpot Website & Landing Pages – Design and update branded pages (training provided if needed).
• Email Newsletter Design – Create visually compelling, mobile-responsive newsletters in Constant Contact.
• Marketing Collateral – Produce logos, flyers, brochures, merchandise designs, event invites, and presentations.
• Social Media Content – Design graphics, animated visuals, and short-form videos optimized for engagement.
• Event & Campaign Templates – Develop editable materials with QR code integration for digital access.
• Brand Consistency – Ensure cohesive visuals across all digital and print assets.
• Creative Input – Collaborate with marketing to pitch and execute strategic design ideas.
• Qualifications & Skills
• 1+ year of experience in graphic design (agency or marketing background preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro / After Effects).
• Experience designing for both print & digital platforms.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn HubSpot CMS and Constant Contact.
• Video editing skills for Reels, TikToks, or event highlights.
• Familiarity with QR code integration & editable templates (PDFs, Canva).
• Strong sense of branding, layout, and storytelling.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred (not required):

• Experience with Canva, Figma, or motion graphics.
• Industry background in restoration, construction, or commercial services.
• Prior remote work experience.
