• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 1-3 years of general or corporate accounting experience
• Familiarity with GAAP accounting standards
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with property management accounting software is an advantage (Vantaca, Buildium, Caliber)
• CPA credential is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across teams and stakeholders

• Own reconciliation processes for CAM buildings and portfolios
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial reports
• Review monthly financial statements for assigned portfolios
• Manage financial reporting for community associations, including reconciliations and reporting packets
• Coordinate with the Chicago-based accounting team on CAM and corporate accounts
• Verify documentation and process payments and disbursements
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist in onboarding new community associations
• Address accounting procedure inquiries from internal teams and stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvements in accounting and operations
