Job Description

About the role

As a key member of the finance team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's accounting processes.

• Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Reconciling general ledger accounts and bank statements
• Assisting with the preparation of periodic financial reports and statements
• Providing support for the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as required
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the implementation of accounting

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or financial management
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail skills
• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to be assigned In Davao
