It business analyst

Responsible for understanding business needs and translating into a functional requirement. Cover documenting business processes and system / software requirements and transferring knowledge of the requirement to development units as well as assessing business impact of IT projects and system change requests.

Minimum Qualification:

• Graduate of a 4 year course, preferably in the field of Information Technology
• Preferably with Business Analysis-related trainings / certification

• 3 or more years of solid business analysis work
• Must have completed end to end project from initiation up to support after deployment

• Good communications skills
• Analytical skills / Critical Thinking Skills
• Domain skill in extracting info from users, articulating and translating into business requirement document
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Leadership skills
• Solid Decision Making and Judgement skills
• Presentation skills
• Knowledgeable in technical/ database concepts is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Programming Languages is an advantage
• Others: Amenable to work on site at least 2 times a week
