Vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, polishing furniture, cleaning windows, and sanitizing public restrooms, handrails, and elevators. Regularly removing trash from all public areas, including ashtrays, to the loading dock or dumpsters. Identifying and reporting any broken tiles, leaking pipes, or other repairs required to maintenance or supervisors.

Greeting guests in a friendly, professional manner and addressing their needs or problems immediately. Delivering supplies to guest areas, including restocking public restrooms and, in some cases, delivering items to guest rooms. Performing deep cleaning, such as cleaning carpets, washing walls, or moving furniture.

Following all safety protocols, such as using "wet floor" signs, handling cleaning chemicals properly, and adhering to emergency procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs (approx. 22.7 kg) for extended periods. Ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Ability to communicate politely with guests and staff. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
