Job Qualifications
- Must have a degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, resorts).
- Knowledge of housekeeping and guest service.
- Familiarity with Integrated Facility Maintenance (IFM).
- Strong HR and people management skills.
- Oversee and manage TGSI site operations to ensure client expectations are met.
- Provide weekly updates on operations, client and employee issues, and important matters needing attention.
- Identify training needs and recommend programs to improve staff performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with other TGSI departments (HR Services, Procurement, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance) on operational needs, payroll, benefits, client concerns, and compliance.
- Report critical incidents to Head Office as necessary.
- Explore potential new business opportunities.
- Support marketing efforts to promote TGServices to other companies.
