Sales Agent ( Admission Officer ) - AMA UNIVERSITY

About the role

The Sales Agent (Admissions Officer) is responsible for executing marketing and outreach plans and maximizing available resources to achieve the enrollment targets set by management. The role focuses on promoting the institution, generating leads, and ensuring effective conversion of inquiries into enrolled students through excellent customer service and persuasive communication.

1. Implement approved marketing and outreach plans and activities.
2. Conduct school visits, career orientations, and community outreach programs.
3. Generate and monitor prospective student leads.
4. Assist applicants throughout the admission and enrollment process.
5. Provide accurate information on academic programs, requirements, and school services.
6. Maintain and update admissions and marketing databases/reports.
7. Coordinate with the Sales Executive/School Director on enrollment strategies.
8. Utilize various communication and media platforms for promotions.
9. Ensure attainment of assigned enrollment targets.
10. Deliver excellent customer service to students, parents, and stakeholders.

1. Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related course.
2. With at least two (2) years of work experience directly related to Sales and Marketing.
3. Strong customer service orientation.
4. Good communication and media relations skills.
5. Persuasive and results-driven.
6. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
7. Computer literate and proficient in basic office and digital communication tools.
