Sales Agent – Construction Materials

Job Overview

• Actively find and engage new customers (contractors, hardware stores, developers, etc.)
• Promote and sell company products to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close deals
• Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Keep track of customer orders, payments, and accounts
• Continuously learn about products, pricing, and sales techniques
• Provide regular sales reports to management

• High school diploma or college level (Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus)
• Sales experience is an advantage, but not required
• Willing to learn and open to training
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Willing to do fieldwork and visit clients regularly
• Ability to drive (with valid license)

• Experience in construction materials or hardware sales
• Existing network of contractors, builders, or hardware stores
• Familiarity with quotations and basic sales processes
• Access to own vehicle (motorbike, car)
