About the role
Select Goods is seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our Advertising, Arts & Media operations, specifically within Media Strategy, Planning & Buying.As a Multimedia Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that supports our media campaigns and strategic initiatives. Your work will directly impact how our brand and client campaigns are perceived across multiple platforms and channels.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your design expertise with strategic media thinking, ensuring that every visual asset aligns with our overall media objectives and resonates with target audiences.
Key responsibilities- Design and develop engaging multimedia graphics and visual content for various media channels, including digital, print, and broadcast formats
- Collaborate with media planning and strategy teams to ensure all creative outputs align with campaign objectives and media schedules
- Create visually compelling assets for social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, and website content
- Develop brand-consistent design solutions that enhance media effectiveness and audience engagement
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, animations, and other visual elements that meet industry standards and client specifications
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand creative requirements and translate them into visual concepts
- Optimise graphics for different platforms and media formats, ensuring compatibility and visual impact across channels
- Stay updated with current design trends, software developments, and best practices in multimedia design
- Contribute ideas and feedback during team brainstorming sessions to enhance overall campaign creativity
- Proven experience as a Multimedia Graphic Designer or similar creative role within advertising, media, or related industries
- Advanced proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), including video editing and animation tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your best multimedia design work across various platforms and formats
- Excellent understanding of visual communication principles, colour theory, typography, and composition
- Experience creating digital assets and optimising content for multiple media channels and devices
- Knowledge of media planning and media buying concepts is highly advantageous
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate strategic briefs into compelling visual content
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners
- Good communication skills and willingness to accept and implement constructive feedback
- Familiarity with current design trends and emerging technologies in multimedia design is preferred
- Knowledge of social media best practices and content requirements across various platforms is a plus
