We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical professionals to join our team as Global Deduction Analysts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global organization, supporting end-to-end deduction analysis and resolution across US operations.
If you have a background in Accounts Receivable, deductions, or finance operations, and enjoy working with data and cross-functional teams, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do- Analyze, validate, and resolve various types of customer deductions
- Determine deduction validity using systems such as SAP, HighRadius, and other tools
- Process authorized deductions and escalate or recover invalid ones
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers for deduction-related concerns
- Perform follow-ups and maintain accurate documentation in systems
- Handle collection activities for invalid deductions (emails, portals, reports)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and SLA/KPIs
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, deductions, or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience handling large data sets and advanced Excel skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in SAP (S/4), HighRadius, AFO is an advantage
- Knowledge in pricing, promotions, or sales programs is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Location: Makati City (Ayala Avenue)
- Work Setup: Hybrid (must be open to full onsite if required)
- Schedule: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM, PH time)
- Contract: 7 months (with possible extension)
