About the Role
As a rapidly growing company, we are expanding our Swag Design team. This team plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional design service to our customers, ensuring their swag collections reflect their brand and vision while maintaining quality, creativity, and efficiency.We provide the tools, resources, and creative expertise necessary to execute their initiatives successfully and continuously improve our design processes.
The design team is committed to blending creativity with operational excellence. Our goal is to cultivate a deep understanding of client brands and turn their ideas into tangible swag collections through thoughtful, on-brand design and seamless project management.
In this role, you'll receive thorough training on our platform, tools, and design processes. You'll develop the skills to assist our customers effectively, ensure a smooth and satisfying creative journey, and continuously seek to automate and streamline how we work.As a member of our dynamic and fast-growing team, you'll collaborate across various functions, focusing on continuous improvement and delivering top-quality creative service to every customer.
Stadium is based in New York City, but this would be a remote position. Candidates living outside of the US will be hired as independent contractors through Deel.
What You’ll Do With Us- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the Stadium platform, design tools, and swag production process.
- Act as a creative partner to customers and internal teams, helping transform ideas into visual collections that meet brand standards and project goals.
- Lead and manage the swag design process from intake through delivery, including interpreting client briefs, creating mock-ups, and preparing files for production.
- Guide customers through design decisions and communicate directly with clients when needed to clarify creative direction and manage feedback.
- Continuously improve, automate, and streamline design workflows and processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Provide quality control for all design outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Stay current with industry trends, design best practices, and swag production innovations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Uploaders, and Vendors.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the design team, with potential to take on leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
What You Bring To Stadium- Ability to thrive in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
- Strong design background with 2+ years in graphic, product, or fashion design (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and
- Familiarity with print-on-demand platforms such as Printful, Fulfill Engine, or similar is a major bonus.
- Customer-facing experience or comfort, with the ability to communicate design concepts clearly and professionally.
- An automation-first mindset with a passion for improving processes and creating efficiencies.
- Experience or desire to lead teams and mentor others.
- Solutions-oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational habits.
- A fun, approachable personality and a collaborative spirit.
- English fluency (additional languages a plus).

Final compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation will be adjusted based on the cost of living and comparable wages in your location.
