Healthcare Recruiter

The ideal candidate must possess strong recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, urgency in hiring delivery, and the ability to manage multiple healthcare requisitions while ensuring compliance with international deployment standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for overseas opportunities including nurses, caregivers, medical technologists, therapists, and allied healthcare workers
• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability for international healthcare roles
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, database management, and field recruitment activities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, documentation, and deployment monitoring
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, work ethics, adaptability, communication skills, and readiness for overseas employment
• Coordinate closely with foreign principals, account managers, operations, and documentation teams regarding manpower requirements and deployment timelines
• Ensure all candidates comply with POEA/DMW regulations, client requirements, credentialing, and healthcare licensing standards
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and status reports
• Provide candidates with guidance regarding overseas opportunities, deployment procedures, employer expectations, and compliance requirements
• Meet recruitment KPIs, deployment targets, turnaround time, and client service expectations
• Conduct reference checks and background verification when necessary
• Participate in job fairs, hospital tie-ups, recruitment caravans, and healthcare sourcing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field
• At least 2–5 years of recruitment experience specializing in Healthcare or OFW recruitment
• Experience handling overseas healthcare deployment is highly preferred
• Familiarity with DMW/POEA processes and international healthcare recruitment standards
• Strong knowledge of healthcare positions, qualifications, and licensing requirements
• Proficient in sourcing platforms, MS Office, and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
