Job/Position Title: Finance Operations Automation Manager

Strategizes, leads, directs and develops the Finance Operations team with the objective of delivering high quality, on time, legislative-compliant and accurate processing of financial data while, at the same to me, striving to achieve effective, cooperative and proactive work environment/processes.

• You will have the opportunity to lead KPI managed deliveries of process improvements, project managements, processing, automation and digitization in the payroll processing, accounting and finance for countries in EMEA/APAC region.
• Lead or participate in estimation process, excel & VBA base automation to enhance the productivity, implement agile development methodologies, maintain and upgrade the control system.
• Interface between HR systems, ERP and vendor to achieve eliminating or curtailing manual intervention to the minimum, Chat bot for enhancing employee experience at one stop, ticketing system for responding to live and exit employees, creating video web-series for knowledge material and demonstrating processes
• You will analyzes data and takes relevant actions with respective internal and external stakeholders and manage process audits and ensure remedial action in response to key observations.
• You will lead regular reviews and updates process documents, automation projects, standard operating procedures, process controls, SOX controls, etc.
• Identify and fix potential risk and flaws to ensure seamless running of systems and process.
• You will provide the team with vision, clear expectations and targets. You will deliver effective feedback and evaluation to employees while developing their skills and competencies.
• You will ensure proper production planning for the team to achieve compliance with SLAs to ensure consistent deliveries.
• You will leads and support financial initiatives and provide guidance and works with each team member on defining a development plan and related actions - as and when needed.

• Chartered Accountant/ Certified Public Accountant/MBA (Finance)/ Postgraduate in Accounting & Financ
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Accounting & Finance domain – GL Accounting, Accounts Payable/ Payroll Processing/audit - subject matter expertise
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, audit procedures, SOX controls
• Highest standard of project management, inter-personal and communication skills
• Flair for management reporting and evaluation of statistical process data
• Extensive Working Experience on SAP, Power BI, Tableau, VBA,
• Flair for process improvements - showcased in improvements driven in earlier organizations. Six Sigma trained or certified.
• Collaborative, flexible and Solution oriented approach.
• Monitor the day to day financial operations and analyze scope for the improvement
• Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS, Support analysis, validation and ad-hoc Request
• Lead Process Automation project
• Ensure timeliness in compliance as per regulatory requirement.
