Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Production Supervisor

What are the Roles and Responsibilities

Learn and understand all feed mill processes through immersion and develop skills of efficient production supervisor
Identifies and recommend solutions to machine breakdown and process delays
Optimize machine capabilities and maximize use of manpower and utilizes
Manage and implement SOPs, duties and responsibilities
Maintains, implements and recommend improvement to current program, Proper housekeeping, health safety, 5S and GMP
Participates actively in company programs
Control and manage spare parts inventory and acquisition
Manage preventive maintenance thru proper implementation of TPM Program
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the department head and / or feed mill manager
Perform other related functions assigned by immediate superior

What are the Qualifications?

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer
Additional certifications in feed mill operations or production management can be beneficial
Proven experience in managing and supervising production processes, particularly in electrical equipment or systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.
Willing to work or assigned in San Miguel, Bulacan
Can start ASAP
