Trade Marketing Staff (open for fresh graduates)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze the company condition in the market by monitoring, and observing the industry market condition such as growth, market share, market trend, threats and opportunities.
• Monitor and categorize products line-ups with each SKU's and product communication platform. Taking notes of the product's price and changes, be updated for price appeals among competitors, assess and consider the alignment to the target customer interest of the communication platform, and gather customer related feedback for corporate planning department.
• Maintaining higher retail sales to enhance brand presence and inventory availability on core items.
• Monitor dealer stock level and availability to come up with an efficient distribution recommendation and inventory target.
• Integrate effective, aligned, and accurate value for promotion and price strategies.
• Handle retail and trade programs for dealers.
• Managing demands for free riders by checking status and performance of all dealers related programs under brand/category management.
• Coordinating with Marketing programs in maximizing representations of newly launched products in designated dealers which fits their scope of category in dealer branch levels.
• Plan, create, and execute new marketing ideas based on the needs of branches, dealers, and TSI category scope, and consistently organizing marketing transactions.
• Collaborating with regional teams for local market campaigns, and supply pre and post analysis reports based on projects implemented.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time-to-time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any Marketing-related field.
• Must be knowledgeable in sales and marketing principles (product, price, place, promotion, people, and positioning), brand and event management. Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Has technical skills to operate PC and some office equipment; and has a driver's license.

• Willing to be assigned and report on-site on Bajada, Davao City.
