Fifteen (15) Customer Service Representative - French Bilingual
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns via chat, phone, and email both in English and French.
Technical Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions to customers while ensuring technical problems are resolved or escalated appropriately.
Sales Support: Engage with potential customers by offering product recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling when appropriate. Assist with processing sales orders, refunds, and exchanges.
Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally, offering viable solutions and following through to ensure resolution.Maintain Documentation: Record and update customer interactions and issues in the system accurately and timely.
Team Collaborations: Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve overall performance and achieve individual and team KPIs.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on company products, services, and best practices to provide accurate and comprehensive support to customers.
Qualifications/Requirements
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory (excellent communication skills in English and French).Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues. Training will be provided.
Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information and provide excellent customer service.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and provide innovative solutions to customer issues.
Sales Acumen: Experience in sales or customer retention is preferred, with a proven ability to engage customers and promote products.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and be flexible with work hours.
