What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Handle client interactions via voice and email channels
- Provide accurate information and support to business clients
- Address inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely manner
- Document interactions clearly and accurately in the system
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards
- High School Graduate
- Must have at least 1 year B2B Customer Service experience in a BPO setting
- Preferably with omnichannel experience (voice & email) handling clients related to investor relations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts
- Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City?
