Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
  • Duration: 1 Year
  • Location: Estate Water Head Office
  • Department: Business Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Accepts and resolves complaint from different channels(Calls & Email)
  • Provides initial response / resolution to billing queries and complaints upon receipt of complaint
  • Receives and creates tickets for customer related concerns and assign to the respective DRIs for resolution
  • Monitoring and updating of tickets
  • Accomplishes tasks to comply with regulatory standards specifically answering and resolving complaints and concerns received in the office, emails and other customer service channels

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Management or any related course
  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
  • Active Listener with Good Communication Skill
  • Microsoft Office Proficient(Excel, Word and PPT)
  • Knowledegable in SAP (Optional)
