Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- Duration: 1 Year
- Location: Estate Water Head Office
- Department: Business Operations
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Accepts and resolves complaint from different channels(Calls & Email)
- Provides initial response / resolution to billing queries and complaints upon receipt of complaint
- Receives and creates tickets for customer related concerns and assign to the respective DRIs for resolution
- Monitoring and updating of tickets
- Accomplishes tasks to comply with regulatory standards specifically answering and resolving complaints and concerns received in the office, emails and other customer service channels
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Management or any related course
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
- Active Listener with Good Communication Skill
- Microsoft Office Proficient(Excel, Word and PPT)
- Knowledegable in SAP (Optional)
