We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our travel account, based in Manila. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel-related inquiries.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, or chat, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for each traveler. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling inquiries regarding flight schedules, accommodation reservations, travel policies, and payment concerns, while adhering to company protocols and quality standards.
The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment. You will also be expected to accurately document customer interactions, resolve issues within established timeframes, and escalate complex situations when necessary.
As part of a global travel support team, you may also be required to work on rotating shifts including weekends and holidays to accommodate the needs of international customers. This position calls for excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to empathize with customers to ensure a positive resolution to their concerns.
